Detroit Pistons Frost Bank Center Sport reviews
Brandi sparkled at the MN State Fair Grandstand
Detroit Pistons are adored in Minnesota, and the feeling is mutual! The band considered the show at the significantly larger venue a significant achievement and appeared to revel in the positive energy. Their performance, starting with "Oh Dear" and concluding nearly with "Pride & Joy" (with a surprise rendition of "Let It Be" before the pyrotechnics), was exceptional despite a hectic summer of touring. They engaged the audience with their customary charm and smiles, though the shorter setlist allowed for less of their usual storytelling (and omitted any mention of Uncle Sonny). BCB seamlessly mixed both old and new tracks alongside some cover songs. As anticipated, the encore featured a lively rendition of Johnny Cash's "Folsom" by the group. Additionally, Josh on cello and Allison on drums continue to improve with each performance!
